About JUBO

Wayne Hankin the founder, is a celebrated artist who has worked with some of the best people in arts and entertainment. Thirty five years and four thousand concerts later, he refocused his efforts to create a better way to get more people playing music than just listening to it. 

After two years plus of design and research, an instrument, tested method, repertory, and the simplest notation to read were developed; all affordable to any person young or old, rich or poor. So simple, anyone from a teacher to a student can pick one up and start playing right off. 

At JUBO we believe anyone- even self-doubters- can learn music if the approach is correct. We do this by knocking down the barriers which overwhelm, and offer more by offering less. What could be simpler than a 4-hole flute? 

We believe music is a lifestyle chosen by family, friends and community who want to strengthen their positive relationships further. We also believe if your instrument is visually appealing as the sound it makes, it will inspire those around you. To engage the mind you have to engage both eye and ear. 

Finally, in a world filled with products which date even before they are launched, we create products that are here for long run. Our instruments can stand up to a music school environment while filling our hearts with sounds and not our landfills with junk.
