Safety
A message from the Founder:
Hello everyone. Health and well being is the most important priority right now. People have concerns about Covid 19 as it becomes an issue that hangs over the world. All of us are watching the situation carefully. We will get through it eventually.
Jubo will be remain open for business and provide services for those who want to learn our instrument. We are happy to provide lessons and helpful advice, to keep you connected not only to music, but your family, friends and community. We should be able to provide that service soon as well as create UTube videos to help you learn. As we remain in our homes, it’s important to keep engaged in activities, but I would like to address two issues, 1. shared space and 2 hygiene.
Sound knows no boundaries. What may work for you may not work for others, so please talk to those close to you, making sure their sound spaces are respected.
Hygiene: All our instruments go through a 4-step washing process. We sanitize all instruments in isopropyl alcohol during the third washing and wash away that alcohol during the 4th washing. You may have questions as how to keep it sanitary. Jubo is very easy to clean. Just dip it in water, or if you’re very concerned, you can add some isopropyl alcohol to the mix. We advise each Jubo remain with one user. It is tempting to pass it along to others. But considering we know little about the virus, common sense suggests one user for one Jubo.
We would like to send to our customers and community around the world our deepest concern and sympathy, especially those who have vulnerable health issues. One thing will remain constant. We’re here to help whether you want to make music or just want to talk about what is going on around you. We’re more than. a music company. We’re your friends and support.
